Return & Delivery Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please review our guidelines below before heading back our way.

Plants

We accept plant returns within 24 hours of purchase, provided the plant is in the same condition as when it left us — healthy, undamaged, and well watered. All returns are subject to inspection prior to approval. Please note: boxwoods, pachysandra, and sarcococca are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, due to regional boxwood blight concerns.

Hard Goods

Hard goods (pots, tools, décor, and similar items) may be returned within 1 week of purchase with a receipt, provided they are unused and unopened.

Tagged & Hold Orders

Tagged items will be held for one week. Orders not picked up within that time will be released back to inventory.

Delivery

Deliveries are driveway drop-off only. Our driver will bring your order to the end of your driveway — placement beyond that point is the customer's responsibility.
